I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 3 years now. After college I stopped playing Basketball and Football and gained about 20 pounds. I decided at that point I wasn't going to be lazy and let myself go completely. I took what I learned from my different trainers in college sports and applied it to my workout routines. People would always ask me for workout tips and advice. So I decided to turn it into a profession and here we are. Now I want to help you!
MY HEALTH AND FITNESS ETHOS
Stay consistent, stick to the plan and the results will follow. You have to believe and have faith in the end goal!! I live by the 80/20 rule. 80% of my diet consists of Whole foods and 20% of your diet can be a cheat meal - as long as you can stay within your total calories or macros. I take a flexible diet approach and believe this can work for everyone!
