DION HUDSON

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 3 years now. After college  I stopped playing Basketball and Football and gained about 20 pounds. I decided at that point  I wasn't going to be lazy and let myself go completely. I took what I learned from my different trainers in college sports and applied it to my workout routines. People would always ask me for workout tips and advice. So I decided to turn it into a profession and here we are. Now I want to help you!
